Description

The 3 and 1 oil-free scroll air compressors are gas compression devices that form a crescent-shaped compression chamber through the relative motion of the stationary scroll and the moving scroll. They are mainly used in the food, pharmaceutical, electronics, printing, chemical, precision spraying and golf course industries.

APPLICATION OF PRODUCTS

Applications include: Electronics: chip packaging, PCB cleaning; Food and beverage: filling and packaging; Medical: power source for dental equipment and surgical instruments, etc.

Working Principle

The orbiting scroll rotates in the order of 1-2-3-4 as shown in the diagram, the air issucked into the space between the orbiting scroll and the stationary scroll, the volume ofcrescent compression chamber gradually decreases, and then the air is discharged fromthe exhaust port at the center of the stationary scroll after being compressed.
